Dogs must be able to safely walk together. Separate walks are priced individually. On memberships, the same +$20 applies per additional dog per completed walk — a Signature household with two dogs is $1,220 / month.

We cap same-household visits at two dogs per walker. Three dogs are accepted only when the dogs are easy to handle and pre-approved.

Choose your preferred two-hour arrival window when booking. Recurring members receive priority scheduling, while exact-time visits are available for medication and other time-sensitive care.
Recurring clients are assigned one primary walker whenever possible, plus a pre-approved backup who has already met your pup. You always know who is scheduled before the visit.
Cancel or reschedule free until 9pm the night before. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no app subscription.
Whatever your building prefers — front-desk key release, lockbox, or a registered vendor pass. We handle the paperwork with your HOA.
